Designations

Real Estate Broker
Real estate brokers have more training and extensive education when compared to a real estate agent. The broker designation requires high standards of practice while emphasizing upmost integrity and commitment to the public. This designation allows brokers to work independently by establishing their own Real Estate Brokerage.

Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist ®
The Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designation assures affluent buyers and sellers that real estate professionals have the knowledge, experience, and unique skills to meet their needs. Members of The Institute who hold the CLHMS designation have documented performance in the TOP 10% of their residential markets and have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market.

Million Dollar GUILD™
Recognized as an achievement in luxury markets around the world, the Million Dollar GUILD™ recognition assures high-net-worth-individuals that real estate professionals who have achieved GUILD status are remarkably knowledgeable, experienced, and have the unique skills necessary to meet and exceed expectations for today’s most discerning luxury buyers and sellers. Luxury real estate professionals achieve GUILD recognition after having completed the luxury home sales and marketing training, becoming an Institute Member, earning the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ designation, and have documented performance in the million dollar and above residential market.

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS ® who meet the specified educational and experiential criteria needed to provide the high-level quality service required by REBAC.

Certified Negotiation Expert
The Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®) is the premier designation for advanced real estate negotiation tactics and approaches. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate professionals by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI) who meet the specific educational and practical requirements.

The Red Diamond Award represents the top two per cent of all Royal LePage agents, on a national level.

Top Tier -2018-2020
Awarded to members who have achieved one of the following awards, in the previous year; National Chairman’s Club, Red Diamond, Diamond or Director’s Platinum awards. To maintain Top Tier status, a member must maintain the Director’s Platinum award or better for 2 of 3 years.
